Ben's Team did such an incredible job installing our door today (exterior impact door), they were kind, professional and did not leave a mess behind. They only took a couple of hours and were great about communicating throughout the whole process. I would/will recommend JMI 100%. (Pictures are with primer only.) Thank you, Ben & Team! Also, a huge thank you to Jane in the office for keeping me updated about my project along the way!

I used JMI doors to replace 2 doors and add in an additional Storm door. I am extremely satisfied with the service and price. Team Ben were amazing and very knowledgeable. From start to finish the project took probably around 3 months with the permits and materials, potentially delayed to hurricanes.

We had new hurricane impact doors and a wind impact storm door installed by JMI Windows and Doors, who perform exemplary workmanship and provide GREAT customer service from the salesman (Aaron) to the Project Managers (Candace and Jane) to the installers (Ben's Team: Ben, Blake and Jack). Ben's team worked together as a team, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. All communication was thorough from beginning to end of project! The doors are high quality. So happy with our project manager Aaron Parsons! He was very helpful, patient and honest. He was willing to sit with me and go over every detail so I understood. He was never pushy. He was open and honest about details allowing me to make the best decision for my home. He helped me get everything I wanted on a budget I can afford. I would recommend him highly.

JMI replaced my mom's windows and they look great! The windows are a very good quality (unlike the old ones). The whole house looks so much better and she's going to save $$$ on heating and cooling. Ben and Blake did a very precise and extremely clean installation. The company has been very professional, from Anthony the project manager to the owner who checked the work in progress. Once the window order arrived, they got the job done quickly and beautifully. Here's the work team with my happy 90 year old mom, standing in front of the new front windows. These guys deserve credit just for humoring mom. Now they are all internet famous! haha!🤯

Just had the rest of my windows installed by JMI. I did half the house a few years ago with them and completed the rest today. Team Ben and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. I didn’t think they could do it in a day but they did. They even accommodated my request to start in a specific room. The communication and process with JMI is top notch.
